Dennis is a lifelong entrepreneur, hemp industry pioneer, and brand builder with decades of experience developing products, launching businesses, and creating communities around innovative ideas.
His career has included work in footwear, apparel, hemp consumer products, beverages, personal care, licensing, and brand development. Dennis was involved in the early growth of the UGG® boot business in Southern California and later became an advocate for hemp-based products long before hemp became mainstream.
Terry R. Fields
Senior Advisor & Strategic Counsel
Terry brings decades of legal, business, and strategic advisory experience to Beverly Hills Hemp Group.
Throughout his career, Terry has advised entrepreneurs, business owners, and emerging companies on corporate development, business strategy, contracts, licensing, and operational matters.
His experience and commitment to sound business practices continue to be valuable assets as the company pursues new opportunities in the hemp, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer products sectors.
Lady Elizabeth
Community Development & Strategic Outreach
Lady leads community engagement, ambassador development, outreach initiatives, and strategic partnerships for Share Your Hugs™ and HempHugs™.
Working closely with the leadership team, she helps build relationships with creators, influencers, nonprofit organizations, rescue groups, and community partners who share the company's values.
Louisse Estelle
Social Media Operations & Content Management
Louisse oversees social media coordination, content organization, and digital communications across Beverly Hills Hemp Group initiatives.
She works closely with the marketing and community teams to ensure consistent messaging, audience engagement, and brand growth across multiple platforms.
